个人简介:
聂景贵,男,博士,2025年毕业于华中农业大学,获工学博士学位,同年6月进入2007so太阳集团-生物与食品工程公司-食品科学与工程教研室工作。主要从事林下药食两用资源精深加工、发酵食品品质调控、食品风味与质地形成机制等方面的研究。目前以第一作者或通讯作者在Food Chemistry、Ultrasonics Sonochemistry、LWT-Food Science and Technology、Journal of Food Engineering、International Journal of Biological Macromolecules等国内外期刊发表学术论文12篇,申请发明专利一项,担任Aquaculture、Food Analytical Methods、Journal of Nondestructive Evaluation等期刊审稿人。
